Shelley is currently a practicum student pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Her counseling approach is collaborative, informed by clinical training and faith-based principles. Shelley aims to provide holistic support that respects each client’s values and unique story. She believes meaningful change occurs when people feel safe, heard, and actively engaged in the process.

Shelley holds certifications in SYMBIS Assessments for marriage and premarital counseling and has completed Level 1 Biblical Counseling through the Association of Biblical Counselors. These foundations enable her to integrate evidence-based techniques with a biblically grounded perspective for those seeking faith-informed care.

She enjoys working with people facing relationship challenges, identity development, emotional health, and spiritual growth. Shelley is honored to walk alongside her clients in their journeys toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.

Outside of her counseling work, Shelley loves spending time with family and friends, gardening, and listening to music. These activities help her stay grounded and refreshed.
